Lisa is the go-to person for making complex financial processes feel seamless and accessible. With her expertise in our internal CRM development and software innovation, she ensures that our clients experience smooth transitions, secure financial transactions, and have access to reliable technology solutions. Whether it is asset consolidation, account transfers, initial onboarding, or ongoing external account linking, Lisa works with precision and care to support every step of the journey. She also oversees disbursements, check deposits and security deposits for the families we serve, always keeping efficiency and security at the forefront. Known for her critical thinking skills and client-first mindset, Lisa brings a thoughtful, solutions-driven approach to every interaction.
Lisa also serves as a Group Leader in the Raymond James STEER program which inspires and recognizes branch associates’ commitment to continuous growth, and dedication to maximizing their contributions to the advisors and clients they serve. We are proud that Lisa was awarded as a top 100 STEER participant for 2023 and 2024 before she was asked to serve as a group facilitator.
Lisa joined our team in 2022 and brought over 13 years of client service, administration, and marketing experience, as well as 6 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Lisa earned a BA in Theatre Arts with a Minor in Spanish from Georgia Southern University. She was born in Chicago, IL and currently resides in Smyrna, GA. In her free time, she enjoys films, playing board games, comic conventions, and spending quality time with family, friends, and her Maltese Winnie. She is an avid reader, lover of the arts, and hosts an online book club, winning a Zibby Award in 2022 and an AAMBC award in 2024.
